Saffron
Wine and dine at this eclectic and award-winning restaurant, renowned for its creative selection of Thai cuisine prepared using traditional methods passed down through generations. At the Saffron the exotic flavors of Asian delights blend perfectly with the delectable d?cor of the restaurant. Dishes featured on our menu include crisp fried catfish and mango salad, stir-fried black crab with pepper and chili, and sticky rice with yellow curry ice cream.

The Sanya Rak departs from Banyan Tree at 5.30pm; dinner lasts approximately two and a half hours. As there is only one departure per evening and a great deal of preparation is required, we ask you to make your reservation as far in advance as possible, with a minimum of five hours to cruise time.
