Sebastien Meunier, Executive Chef, who has worked in two Michelin star
restaurants in the South of France, combines traditional cooking methods
with authentic and local ingredients to prepare the menu’s mouthwatering
fusion masterpieces.
Sebastien Meunier : A talented, vibrant chef, Sebastien Meunier
began his career in his native South of France, following his father’s
footsteps at a young age and has since gone on to work in two Michelin
star restaurant. With North African influences, Sebastien combines traditional
cooking techniques with his own creative style to produce a modern fusion
of authentic and local ingredients.
With a desire to learn further culinary techniques, Sebastien moved to
Thailand. Today, as Executive Chef of Quo Vadis restaurant, he has created
a truly unique dining experience featuring both a fine collection of Moorish
dishes served traditionally in tajines and a creative tapas menu with
contemporary Middle-Eastern flavours.
